Terms
Terms and conditions
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of Ploeg, an app by nealvdv, a Belgian business. Ploeg is meant for businesses, the self-employed and associations that make a rota for their staff or volunteers. Exceptions only apply if we agree them in writing, for example by email.
What is free and what is not
The core of Ploeg is free, without an account or a subscription: staff, rota, fixed weeks, leave, public holidays, printing, sharing as a link, calendar files, CSV and backup. Bureel Plus adds the overview for the social secretariat. What does not exist yet, such as syncing, is marked as coming soon. Ploeg names no prices: they are at Bureel.
When you agree to something
For the free core you sign up to nothing: you simply use Ploeg. If you take Bureel Plus, you take out that subscription in Bureel, under Bureel’s terms.
Bureel Plus
Plus runs per month or per year and renews by itself until you cancel it in your Bureel account. After cancelling, Plus keeps working in Ploeg until the end of the period you paid for. Term, reminders and cancelling are in Bureel’s terms.
Right of withdrawal
As a business you have no right of withdrawal, but you can always cancel Plus. If you take Plus as a consumer, the right of withdrawal applies as described in Bureel’s terms. Questions about it go to contact@nealvdv.be.
Paying
You pay nothing in Ploeg. You pay for Bureel Plus in Bureel, through Mollie.
Liability
We build Ploeg with care. Ploeg keeps your data on your own device only: make a backup now and then, because if you clear your browser or lose your device, we cannot get anything back. Ploeg gives no legal advice and does not check whether a rota complies with the law or your work rules; that stays your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Complaints
If something is not right, let us know as soon as possible at contact@nealvdv.be, with a short description. We reply as soon as we can and look for a solution together. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can also turn to the Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumerombudsman.be).
Your data
Ploeg sends us no data about your staff. How that works and what rights you have is in the privacy statement.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you as a consumer another court.
Changes
We may change these terms. This is the version of 21 October 2026.
